Seerat seminar organized by Green Forum at Patuakhali University.

A significant Seerat seminar was held at 10 am on Thursday, October 16, under the initiative of Green Forum Paviprobi branch at Patuakhali University of Science and Technology (Paviprobi) TSC. Organized on the occasion of the holy month of Rabiul Awal, the topic of the seminar was “Methods prescribed by the Prophet (PBUH) for acquiring knowledge”. The keynote of the seminar was presented by prominent IslamicThinker, speaker and Dean of Dhaka Islamic Arabic University. Mohammad Oli Ullah. He said, "Rasulullah (S.A.) was the highest ideal of knowledge. He taught us - real knowledge is that which humbles people, dedicates to the welfare of humanity and leads to the path of God's pleasure." Abdul Latif. He said, “Science today's generation,A combination of technology and religious knowledge should be advanced. The life of Rasool (PBUH) teaches us that knowledge is not just memorization, but a great responsibility to spread light in the society through its application.”
While giving an opinion about the program, the Vice-Chancellor and Researcher Professor Dr. Kazi Rafiqul Islam said, "This Seerat seminar of Green Forum is a shining example of spiritual development and moral awakening of our students and teachers.Not only enriches the field of knowledge, but also inspires Islamic values, humanity and the path of light. I believe, such initiatives will play an important role in making Pabiprabi an ideal and ethical university.” The seminar was conducted and presented by FBA Faculty Dean and Student Affairs Advisor Prof. Dr. Md. Sujahangir Kabir Sarkar and Green Forum General Secretary Prof. Dr. Abdul Masood.Deans, teachers, officers and students of various faculties participated in the seminar. At the end of the seminar, the Holy Quran was distributed to the students. A spiritual atmosphere filled with the love of the Prophet, the thirst for knowledge and the call to an enlightened life prevailed throughout the event.
