3 Muslim tea girls died while bathing in Chunarughat  

3 Muslim tea workers’ daughters died while bathing in the pond at Chandpur tea garden (Ramganga) marriage house in Chunarughat upazila. The incident took place on Tuesday (October 14) at noon in Ramganga area of ​​Chandpur tea garden of upazila. At the funeral, that morning Samia Akhter (15), daughter of Sajid Ali, went to the wedding of Alam’s daughter from the same garden, Salim.Mia’s daughter Mushkan (13) and Sajid Mia’s daughter Chania (12) drowned while taking a bath in the pond of the neighboring house. When the people of the house found the girls floating in the water of the pond, they immediately rescued them and brought them to the Chunarughat Upazila Health Complex, where the doctor on duty declared them dead. The family members of the three daughters said that they will be buried after the funeral prayers on Tuesday night.
