Child drowned in Rajbari
A 3-year-old child named Tahmid Sheikh drowned in Rajbari’s Baliakandi. He is the son of Hasan Sheikh of Ghoramara village of Nawabpur union of Baliakandi upazila.
At 10:15 AM on Sunday morning, the house of Ghoramara village of Baliakandi Upazila drowned in water.
Dr. Assistant Community Medical Officer of Baliakandi Hospital. Jewel Rana said that the child Tahmid Sheikh drowned in the pond next to the house without the knowledge of everyone in the house. He was rescued and taken to Baliakandi Hospital where he was declared dead.
