Mother and son arrested with heroin in DNC operation

The Directorate of Narcotics Control (DNC) searched the residence of deceased Amir Hossain at 8:30 am on Monday (October 13) in Dasharshia village under Sadar Model Police Station in Chapainawabganj and arrested the mother and son along with 9.5 grams of heroin. Under the overall supervision of DNC Deputy Director Chowdhury Imrul Hasan and under the leadership of Deputy Inspector Md Mustafizur Rahman, 9.5 grams of heroin were recovered.2 accused arrested. The accused are deceased Amir Hossain’s wife Mosa Chameli Begum (48), deceased Amir Hossain’s son Md Salim Reza (25). Accused 2 is mother and son.
DNC Deputy Inspector Md. Mustafizur Rahman filed 01 cases against the accused mother and son at Sadar Model Police Station under Serial No. 8(b) and Section 41 of Table 36(1) of Narcotics Control Act 2018 (Amendment 2020).
