Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami former MP Professor Mia Golam Parwar has issued a statement on October 23, calling on the countrymen to make the pre-announced protest rally and procession program in all major cities and divisional headquarters a success on October 25 (Saturday).

In the statement given, he said, Bangladesh is oneThe 5-point mass demand of the movement was presented to the nation in a press conference held at the National Press Club on October 19 on behalf of the 8 political parties agitating to make it a just and accountable democratic state, and the program of the 3-day fourth phase was announced.

The claims are-
1. In order to implement the national charter in July, the necessary constitutional order will be issued and the referendum will be held on the said order within the month of Novemberorganize
2. Introduction of PR system in both Houses/Upper Houses in upcoming national elections
3. Ensuring a level playing field for all for free, fair and acceptable elections
4. Making justice visible for all the atrocities, genocides and corruptions of the fascist regime
5. Prohibiting activities of Jatiya Party and 14 parties, friends of dictatorship.
In order to realize the announced 5-point public demand, all the metropolitan and departmental districts on October 25 (Saturday)Demonstrations and processions will be held at Sadar, Inshallah.
