The Japanese Embassy has urged the government to start the construction of Metrorail-1 and Metrorail-5 (Northern Line) projects quickly. The call was made in a separate letter signed by Japanese Ambassador Saida Shinichi to several other departments, including the Principal Secretary to the Chief Advisor, Finance Advisor Dr.Saleh Uddin Ahmed and Road Transport and Bridge Advisor Muhammad Fauzul Kabir Khan.
