Transfer of OC of four police stations of CMP including OC Sharif

Four police stations of Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) have been reshuffled. The police stations are – Karnaphuli, EPZ, Pahartali and Bayezid Bostami.

Today on October 22, CMP Commissioner Haseeb Aziz signed the transfer order.

According to CMP sources, Karnaphuli police station OC Muhammad Sharif has been transferred to CTSB. Instead of him. Jahedul IslamAppointed as the new OC of Karnaphuli police station. Jahedul Islam, a resident of Rangpur district, previously served in Rangunia and Satkania police stations of Chittagong district.

Also, Bayezid Police Station OC Kamruzzaman has been transferred to EPZ Police Station, EPZ Police Station OC Zamir Hossain Zia has been transferred to Pahartali Police Station and Pahartali Police Station OC Jasim Uddin has been transferred to Bayezid Police Station.
