Providing food to the poor Kalam whose houses were gutted in the Panchupur fire in Naogaon

In Naogaon, the house where poor Abul Kalam lived was burnt due to an electrical short circuit. The incident took place at Nagar river embankment in Panchupur village of Ekdala union of Naogaon upazila.
Later, Abul Kalam applied for government assistance with the help of Raninagar Upazila branch of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami.

thatRaninagar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md Rakibul Hasan delivered tins, cash and dry food to Abul Kalam as government assistance on Tuesday evening following the application. Upazila Deputy Administrative Officer Md Raihan Ali was present. Abul Kalam, the son of Taesh Mandal, the victim of that village, said that on the morning of October 15, he went to work in the field with the whole family.

Only the mud wall remains standing with black paint and everything else has been burnt to ashes. Poor Abul Kalam’s furniture worth approximately half a million rupees was burnt in the fire. He received some financial support from the initiative of Raninagar Upazila branch of Bangladesh Jamaat Islami. After applying for government assistanceOn Tuesday evening, the Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sir came and gave two bundles of tins, cash and dry food as house repair expenses.

Poor Abul Kalam expressed gratitude for providing such assistance. Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Rakibul Hasan said that following the application, government assistance has been provided to Abul, who lost all the daily laborers in the fire under the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief. During the disaster period andThis program continues throughout the year to provide assistance to the helpless, poor and needy affected by the fire. This official also said that if the affected people apply with correct information, this government grant will be provided subject to verification.
