
Two drug dealers including Yaba were arrested in a separate operation by DB
The District Detective Police (DB) arrested two drug dealers with a large quantity of Yaba in a separate operation in Narsingdi.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of District Detective Police DB Abul Kayes Akand confirmed the information on Sunday (October 26) evening.
The arrested are Sadekul Islam (35), son of deceased Zarif Hossain of Debnagar village under Madhavpur Thana of Habiganj and Narsingdi Town East.Rezaul Karim (45), son of Harishul Haque of Dattapara area. Meanwhile, 300 pieces of Yaba tablets were recovered from Sadekul Islam and 50 pieces from Rezaul.
DB OC Abul Kayes said that to maintain peace and order in the society and eliminate drugs from the society, the district intelligence police DB is conducting regular operations to arrest and arrest terrorists and bring them under the law. In continuation of thisOn Sunday (October 26) at 4:30 a.m., a team of DB under the leadership of Sub-Inspector Jamirul Islam managed to arrest a drug dealer named Sadekul Islam with three hundred pieces of Yaba tablets in front of the CNG Autorickshaw Workshop near Baraicha Bus Stand of Belab Upazila, Dhaka-Sylhet Highway. He also said that another team of DB under the leadership of Deputy Inspector Md. Obaidullah visited Dakshinpara of the municipal city on the same day.A person named Rezaul was arrested in front of Lucky Super Market after raiding the area. At that time, he was able to recover 50 pieces of Yaba tablets from him. He also said that a total of 350 pieces of Yaba tablets were recovered in two separate operations and separate legal action is being taken in this regard.
