Target 128, achieved 200. Dumki Upazila of Patuakhali district has retained the top position at Barisal divisional level in the fifth consecutive year in the birth and death registration program. The upazila achieved this exceptional success by exceeding the target of registration by 200 percent in the month of October. This activity of registration of births and deaths is basicallyAdministered on children aged zero to one year. According to the statistics, the picture of registration in Dumki Upazila in the month of October was eye-catching. In terms of percentage, 156 percent birth registration and 148 percent death registration in this upazila. The average achievement in birth and death registration stood at 152 per cent, which was the highest in Barisal division.Dumki Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Abujar Md. for this achievement of being the best five times in a row. Ejazul Haque has also been named Executive Officer of the Month for October. UNO Abujar Md. Ejazul Haque expressed his happiness at this achievement and said, I am happy to be the best five times in a row.
