Nasirnagar madrasah superintendent of irregularities-corruption!

Serious financial and administrative irregularities have been alleged against Khandura Islamia Dakhil Madrasa Superintendent Zahirul Islam under MPO of Nasirnagar Upazila of Brahmanbaria. The teachers and employees of the institution submitted a written complaint in this regard to the Upazila Nirbahi Officer on August 27.
It is said in the charge sheet that for three consecutive years, some kind of budget of the madrasaNo repair or development work done. Accounts of huge amount of funds of various funds of the organization are also not available. Complainants claim that Super Zahirul Islam is taking major decisions of the organization without any valid meeting using the name of expired managing committee. They have even raised allegations of money embezzlement through signature forgery.
The teachers complain that the funds of different sectors of the super madrasa are being monopolizeddoing and not giving a transparent account in any way. There are allegations of irregularities in various financial transactions including admission money, field renovation, purchase of sports equipment. Apart from this, the complainants have also mentioned rude behavior, mental torture and use of insulting language with the teachers.
Besides, teachers-employees have also complained about financial transactions in the process of teacher transfer and recruitment. Also because huge amount of money is taken from the new recruitsDemand them. Additional money was also taken from the students admitted in the current academic year but it was not shown in the official records.
The teachers said that due to these irregularities, the normal learning environment of the Madrasa is being disrupted; There is unrest between teachers and students. Accused Super Zahirul Islam denied the allegations and said, “There is a conspiracy against me. There is no evidence for the allegations. If anyone has a complaint, I will resolve it.”
Jiban Bhattacharya, upazila secondary education officer, said, “Our jurisdiction is limited as madrassas belong to MPO. However, we will look into the matter.”
Shahina Nasreen, UNO of Nasirnagar said, “Teachers are once themselvesHe tried to compromise. Necessary action will be taken after verifying the serious complaints and discussing with the education officer.”
