In Dumki upazila, a prayer ceremony was held for the recovery of Khaleda Zia.

Dumki Upazila Tanti Dal of Patuakhali district organized a doa mahfil, where a special prayer was offered for the speedy recovery of Begum Khaleda Zia, chairperson of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), three-time successful prime minister, uncompromising leader and mother of democracy.
President of Dumki Upazila BNP was present as the chief guest in the eventMr. Khalilur Rahman.
Mr. Saiful Alam Mridha, General Secretary of Dumki Upazila BNP, was present as a special guest. In his speech, he remembered the life and political contribution of country leader Begum Khaleda Zia with deep respect and prayed for her speedy recovery.
Upazila Tanti party leaders along with various levels of BNP leaders and workers were present.
