Laying the foundation stone of the three-storied building at Saghata Police

The foundation stone of a new three-storied building has been laid at Jame Masjid, Saghata Thana Headquarters, Gaibandha. The construction work was officially inaugurated by the initiative of Monir Hossain, Officers-in-Charge (OC) of Saghata police station after Zohar prayers on Thursday.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration and Finance) of Gaibandha district Md. Sharif Al Rajeev visited the construction site after laying the foundation stone. The inauguration ceremony was also attended by BNP nominated candidate of Gaibandha-5 seat Farooq Alam Sarkar, Saghata Police Station OC (Investigation) Matiur Rahman, Phulchari Police Station OC (Investigation) Moshiur Rahman, SI Ujjwal Shah, DGB DIO Md Khairuzzaman, Mosque Committee Vice President Abdul Khalek Akand, Saghata Upazila BNP Member Jahangir. Alam, Saghata Union BNP President Nazrul Islam Babu, Ghuridah Union BNP President Swapan, General Secretary Atiqur Rahman, Organizing Secretary Rafiqul Islam, Ghuridah Union BNP Organizing Secretary Sirajul Islam and Treasurer Lal Mia Akand and others.

In the opening ceremony, prayers and prayers were led by Imam Ahsan Habib of Jame Masjid. Various categories including political, religious leaders, public representatives, media workers-Professionals were present.
