Human chain demanding quick implementation of Tangail-Aricha Regional Road

Residents of Nagarpur formed a human chain demanding the speedy implementation of Tangail-Aricha Regional Road.

The people of Nagarpur formed a human chain in front of the Nagarpur Government College in Tangail on the morning of December 7, demanding the speedy implementation of the Tangail-Aricha regional road.

In order to widen the regional highway, the trees on both sides of the former road were cut down, the surface of the road was dug up and left for the past few years. The regional road is functional only in a few spots, the entire road has been almost idle for the last few years. In this, the people have to bear extreme suffering while traveling from Nagarpur to Tangail or Manikganj. The people of Nagarpur have formed a human chain to get rid of this suffering month after month, year after year, demanding the speedy implementation of the road work.
