In Palashbari of Gaibandha, the heirs held a press conference accusing them of establishing a school by occupying their ancestral land. On Sunday, December 7 at 11:30 p.m., the family members of the victim, Anshar Ali Pradhan, held a press conference at the Palashbari Press Club. His son Afirul Pradhan read the written statement.

It was said in the press conference that the accused Mr. Nurunnabi Pradhan Sabuj is the cousin of Ansar Ali Pradhan. He is an American expatriate and the founder of Green Field International School and College, Palashbari. The heirs complained that they are being deprived of the family's ancestral property for a long time due to social status and financial influence.

In the written statement, it is also said that although they have demanded many times to get their land back, the Nurunnabi chief has wasted time by pretending to be a green palm. As there was no solution through reconciliation, they finally filed a land survey case with declaration of ownership in Gaibandha District and Sessions Judge Court.

The victims alleged that despite the case order, cash was being siphoned off for the purpose of education trade by establishing schools on scheduled land in opposition. The said scheduled land is a total of 46 cents of land in Nurpur Mouza, JL-42, CS Khatian No-10, Dag No-408 of Palashbari Police Station of Gaibandha District.

They said, "We have been deprived of our rightful property inherited from our ancestors. Therefore, this press conference is organized to highlight the truth to everyone."

In the press conference, the victims urged the Sudhi Samaj of Palashbari and the concerned administration to come forward for a just solution to the problem.
