Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha said in an explosive and harsh speech that the people of Bangladesh are our blood brothers. But if any conspiracy to sever Bangladesh-India communication is implemented ignoring this brotherhood, then India will have to bear the dire consequences. He clearly claimed that without Bangladesh, India’s economy, food system and normal public life would be stagnant; People of India will reach a situation where they will die without food.

He also said that if the former Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina stays in India to avoid political responsibility, it will become a serious burden for India. According to him, the presence of Sheikh Hasina is causing internal stability and public anger in India.

Manik Saha warned that Sheikh Hasina must leave India at any cost. He claimed that if Sheikh Hasina does not leave India, then the people of India will be forced to take to the streets and a mass movement will begin. He also warned that this movement cannot be kept under control.
