*Important Policies and Procedures*
1. Payment of honorarium to journalists
All affiliated and active journalists under the coverage of World Media Press Club will be paid regular honorarium according to the prescribed policy, so that they can perform their duties while maintaining financial security and professional independence.
2. Acceptance of assignment from central office is mandatory
All journalists must accept assignments through written or digital approval from the central office for information seeking, news gathering and special reporting. It will ensure discipline, coordination and credibility in news delivery.
3. Settlement of Journalist Torture, Harassment and Harassment
If a journalist is subjected to torture, harassment, threats, false accusations or harassment, it will be dealt with through the World Media Press Club, investigation and necessary legal and organizational measures.
4. Providing legal assistance to journalists
The club will provide legal advice, help with necessary documents and support through lawyers in any legal complications arising during the performance of professional duties of journalists.
5. Professional training and skill development
Regular training, workshops and seminars will be organized for journalists on modern journalism, investigative reporting, digital media, fact-checking and ethical journalism.
6. Ensuring ethical and responsible journalism
All members are required to follow the prescribed code of conduct to ensure reporting of news while maintaining truth, impartiality and professional ethics. Dissemination of misleading, purposeful or false news shall be strictly prohibited.
7. Protecting the safety and dignity of journalists
The club will always be vocal in protecting the safety and professional dignity of journalists while collecting news at the field level and will communicate and coordinate with administrative and related authorities if necessary.
8. Centralized information and documentation management
All assignments, reports, complaints and activities will be centrally stored and documented.For future reference and transparency.
9. Welfare activities of members
Welfare fund for journalists, emergency assistance, sickness or accident assistance and humanitarian assistance in special situations will be conducted.
10. Representation at national and international level
World Media Press Club The rights of journalists at domestic and international levels,Represent and coordinate with various media organizations and human rights organizations to protect independence and professional interests.
