Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Khulna Metropolitan Branch organized a large public meeting on Tuesday afternoon on 23/01/2026 at Khulna Circuit House Maidan. The said public meeting was chaired by the Ameer of Khulna Metropolitan Jamaat and candidate for Khulna-3 Constituency in the upcoming Thirteenth National Assembly Elections Professor Mahfuzur Rahman. Honorable Ameer Jamaat Dr. Shafiqur Rahman was present as the chief guest in the event. Besides, the candidate of Khulna-5 seat, Prof. Mia Golam Parayar, along with all the responsible persons of Khulna district and metropolitan branch. The presence of women was especially noticeable in the public meeting.All in all, the Jansabha ground and the surrounding area turned into a huge sea of ​​people and in this public meeting, Ameer Jamaat handed over symbols to the candidates of six constituencies of Khulna district and chanted slogans, and all the Jansabha grounds became agitated in procession.
