Today Wednesday (March 4, 2026) Bangladesh Ganamukti Party president MA Alim Sarkar and general secretary writer Amulya Kumar Vaidya said in a statement that Md. Pappu Chowdhury Bangladesh Ganamukti Party (BGP)-has been nominated as the convener of Dhaka Metropolitan South. Within the next three months, Dhaka Metropolitan South Plenary Committee has been given the responsibility.
