Language Day discussion meeting at Panchbibi

On the occasion of the great 21′ February Martyrs’ Day and International Mother Language Day, a discussion meeting was held at Panchbibi, Joypurhat. On Saturday morning, the discussion meeting organized by the upazila administration was held at the upazila parishad auditorium. Under the chairmanship of Upazila Executive Officer Md Salim Ahmed, Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Lands) Md Belayet Hossain, Senior Upazila Fisheries Officer Md Mahmuda Khatun Popi, Upazila BNP President Md Saiful Islam Dalim, Upazila Jamaat Amir Dr Sujaul Karim, Headmaster of Nashir Mandal Government Girls High School Md Zulfikar Ali addressed the meeting. The meeting was attended by brave freedom fighters, teachers/students and parents of various educational institutions. Before 12 midnight:01 Upazila administration initiative to pay tribute to language martyrs, flowers were offered at the memorial.
