Online anti-gambling and anti-terror rally held in Navinagar

A massive rally against online gambling, drugs and terrorism was held under the slogan "Let's fight against drugs" at the initiative of Shyamgram Union Parishad of Nabinagar, Brahmanbaria. This meeting was held on Tuesday (5th May 2026 AD) afternoon at Shyamgram Mohini Kishore School and College ground.

Chairman of Shyagram Union Parishad Shamchuzzaman Khan Masum presided over the event and moderated by Mir Ali Ahmed Monir Master, Mr. Md. Abdul Mannan, the local member of parliament was present as the chief guest.

Speakers in the gathering called for united action to eradicate the deadly diseases like drugs and online gambling from the society. Special emphasis is placed on building a healthy and beautiful Bangladesh by keeping the youth away from these destructive paths.

Brahmanbaria District BNP member Masudul Islam Masud, Nabinagar Municipal BNP General Secretary Masud Rana, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md Mahmudul Hasan, Nabinagar Police Inspector (OC) Md Rafiqul Islam, Md Bayezid Ahmed Babu, Imam Hossain Shahin, Md Dhan Mia Sarkar, and Md Mostak Ahmed and others were present.Speakers in the rally took an oath to build a drug and gambling free society and issued strong warnings.
