Distribution of Eid gifts among journalists with the support of Ways Karoni (RA) Foundation under the initiative of Narayanganj Journalist Unity.

Narayanganj Journalist Unity, a journalist organization formed with the aim of protecting the rights of journalists, welfare and humanitarian services, distributed Eid gifts and discussion meeting among journalists on the occasion of holy Eid-ul-Azha. Biswa Asheke Rasul Hazrat Wais Karoni (RA) Foundation provides overall support in this.

It was organized at the organization's office in Nawab Salimullah Road, Nawab Salimullah Road, on Tuesday (May 26) morning. In the event, Eid gifts were distributed among 51 journalists including field level journalists and members of the organization.

The event was presided over by Biswa Asheke Rasul Hazrat Ways Karoni (RA) Founder Chairman and General Secretary of Narayanganj Journalist Unity SM Zahirul Islam Bidyut. Md. Shafiqul Islam Arju, president of Narayanganj Journalist Unity, was in overall supervision.

Advocate Mahbubur Rahman Masum, editor of Daily Khabar Pata and former president of Narayanganj Press Club, spoke as the chief guest, Afzal Hossain Ponty, general secretary of Narayanganj Press Club, spoke as the chief negotiator.
Chief Guest Ed. Mahabubur Rahman Masum said, we have to face various criticisms because of the copycat journalists in the society. There, some people like journalist Bidyut have been working for the development of the society for many years by establishing a foundation named after the great Hazrat Wais Karoni (RA). Religious education is also important for the development of all of our lives. May our life be spent in the life of the great Hazrat Wais Karoni (RA).
Expressing the reluctance of the common people towards the law at present, he further said that Ramisa, Takvi, Chanchal, journalist Sagar-Runi and all the murders were demanded and said that if the judicial system is not a place of trust of the common people, then we have to think about the judicial system. The necessary corrections should be made to settle the case and implement the judgment quickly. I wish Hazrat Wais Karoni (RA) Foundation continued success and hope that this continuity will continue in the future.Afzal Hossain Ponty, the chief negotiator of the event, said that currently, various media owners sit in Dhaka and criticize our work but do not think about the salary of the district representatives.
