Drug dealer and 5 people under warrant arrested in Chhatka police operation

2 drug peddlers have been arrested in a police operation in Chhat. 10 bottles of foreign liquor worth 10,500 taka and their used motorcycle, worth approximately 80,000 taka, have been seized.

They were arrested in the early morning of Thursday (June 4) in a special operation conducted by the Chatak police station. The arrested accused Alkash Ali (40) and Islam Uddin (42) have a case under Chatak police station case No-08, GR No-159/2026 and related sections of Narcotics Control Act, 2018.

On the other hand, the accused Arfatun Lilai (45) and Md. Hridoy Mia (20) was arrested. In the operation, the accused in GR-383/25 (Chatak) case Quduch Ali (40) was arrested.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Chatak police station. Mizanur Rahman said,All the arrested accused have been handed over to the learned court after due process of law.
