Although Farmgate, one of the busiest areas of the capital, is full of people during the day, locals complain that the atmosphere of the area changes slightly as the night progresses.

It is also heard about the suffering of pedestrians and common people due to some anti-social activities late at night.
During a recent visit to the area at midnight, some people were seen standing on the roadside and vehicles were also seen waiting. Some local pedestrians said that in the silence of the night, some unwanted behavior and disturbing situations have to be faced, which is affecting public safety and normal movement.
Conscious citizens are of the opinion that there is a need to increase the vigilance of the concerned authorities on the matter.So that the area remains safe and comfortable for the general public.
