Shirina Begum was subjected to physical abuse by her in-laws after coming to the country with her 4 children after spending 14 lakh rupees in her husband’s account from abroad for 3 long years. Not only that, Prasand Swami and Debor tried to kill Shirina Begum by hanging her neck. Shirina is floating in the sea of ​​sorrow with her 4 children after coming to the country after living a life abroad in the hope of a little happiness. Shirina Begum lost 14 lakhs of her own earnings. Even the in-laws including husband Devar are planning to trap and kill him. The incident is taking place in Sunamganj Biswambhpur Upazila in Fatehpur Union near Niamatpur in Sangrampur village. The victim Shirina Begum has filed a written complaint in Biswambhpur police station in this incident. But why the police is not taking the complaint into consideration is now a matter of thought. According to witnesses and complaints, the incident took place on Monday, May 25, 2026 at approximately 7:00 PM at Shirina Begum’s father-in-law’s house.
It is known that Shirina got married in a family way with her husband Shahjahan Miar 18 years ago. After the marriage, they were living happily and peacefully for some time.  Shirina has 4 children in her family. After a few days, people from the in-laws’ house used to beat Shirina from time to time.  Looking at the faces of the four children, Shirina used to bear the mental and physical abuse of Shushu’s family. Shirina’s husband is speech impaired and he does not do any work. At one stage it became impossible for Shirina to run a family with children. Later husband-Shirina went to Saudi Arabia again for the happiness of her children and family. She went to the Saudi state and worked in a copy shop and sent approximately 14 lakh rupees to her husband’s account in 3 years. Arriving in the country to demand an account of 14 lakh rupees from the husband, the bigoted husband Shahjahan and Debor Liton planned to kill Shirina Begum. On the day of the incident, as soon as Shirina Begum came home from the market after buying Eid clothes for her children, her husband, brother-in-law, and in-laws entered Shirana Begum’s house and started beating her. Meanwhile, Debor Liton tried to kill Shirina Begum by hanging a rope around her neck from behind. When Shirina Begum’s daughter Zooey started screaming after seeing the incident, the people around came and rescued Shirina Begum and saved her life. Later, Shirina Begum’s relatives got the news and brought her to Shirina’s father’s house after being treated by a local village doctor. and filed a written complaint at Biswambhpur police station. The victim’s family said that the police have not yet taken any effective action in this incident. The common people expressed hope that the administration would take exemplary punishment by bringing the guilty under the law through speedy investigation.
In this regard, Biswambharpur police station OC investigation Oli Ashraf said that the complaint has been received and legal action will be taken subject to investigation.
