Dhaka South City Corporation has conducted a joint mobile court at Ad-Deen Medical College and Hospital, Moghbazar, Dhaka, and Monowara Hospital, Bailey Road.

During the raid, various irregularities were observed including keeping unlabeled and frozen stale sweets in the refrigerator of the canteen of Ad-Deen Medical College and Hospital in Moghbazar, unhygienic environment in the kitchen, lack of adequate light and air in various wards and no temperature measuring device in the refrigerator of the hospital. In these crimes, the organization is consumer-A total fine of Tk 3 lakh including Tk 1 lakh under the Protection of Rights Act and Tk 2 lakh under the Safe Food Act and the same shall be recovered immediately.
