Even on holidays, the mosquito control campaign is not stopped – active city corporation activities in ward number 47.

The activities of North City Corporation do not stop even on holidays. Regular mosquito eradication activities are being carried out in ward number 47 of Dhaka North City Corporation. Yesterday night from 7 pm to 11 pm, sprays and drugs were applied to control mosquitoes in various roads, drains and important areas of the ward.
Ward No. 47 Supervisor Md. Sumon Reza told Md. Zahirul Islam Hamid that this operation is being conducted regularly to prevent dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases and this operation will continue to protect public health. He also said that for the health protection of the city dwellers, mosquito eradication activities are being conducted as per the scheduled program every day including holidays.The public also welcomed the initiative and called for such activities to be continued regularly.
