Jatiya Sramik League Central Vice President Ayub Ali Sikder arrested in Ashulia

Ayub Ali Sikder, the central vice-president of Jatiya Sramik League, was detained at Ashulia police station. Local sources have confirmed that a top leader of BNP is lobbying the officer in charge (OC) of the police station Abdul Hannan to release him.

For a long time, the influence of Awami League in Ashulia area, land robbery, extortion andAyub Ali Sikder was involved in various criminal activities including robbery. Residents complained that he used to steal the property of the common people by defaming the name of the government party and regularly collected extortion from various businessmen.
