It is known that Professor Dr. Khokon Hossain has a distinguished academic and research career. He obtained his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the Department of Physics, Jahangirnagar University. Later, from the famous University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain for the second time M.S. degree and a Ph.D degree from the world renowned Max-Planck Institute for Nuclear Physics, Heidelberg, Germanydo
So far, he has published more than half a hundred scientific research articles. Currently, he is also serving as the Dean of Computer Science and Engineering Faculty of Patuakhali University of Science and Technology.
