Dialogue on effective solutions to support children with disabilities held at Nageshwari

Dialogue and interactive sessions were held with local partners to encourage collective problem solving to explore effective solutions for child protection, prevention of child marriage, reduction of violence and assistance to children with disabilities in Nageshwari, Kurigram.

Raiganj of Nageshwari upazila at 2 pm on October 25 (Saturday).The meeting was held in Raiganj Girls High School premises of the Union under the organization of World Vision Bangladesh’s SSBC project Stressing Social and Behavioral Change Project and funded by UNICEF.

Headmaster of Raiganj Girls’ High School Md. Shafiqul Islam spoke as the chief guest – President of Raiganj Girls’ High School Mr. Amina Begum Ananya.
Speech as special guestMaintained by – Raiganj Union Family Planning Inspector – Or Jahan, Raiganj Girls High School Senior Assistant Teacher Mashiur Rahman, Nageshwari Upazila Health Complex Health Assistant Rezwanul Haque and others.

SSBC Project Community Facilitator Asha Moni, Vijaya Rani and Sanjida Siddika also spoke.
The speakers urged people from all walks of life to stop child marriage.
