Annual Waj Mahfil held at Kumedpur Darul Uloom Salafiyyah Madrasa, Palashbari

The 2nd Annual Waj and Doa Mahfil was held with religious solemnity at Kumedpur Darul Uloom Salafiah Madrasah of Manoharpur Union of Palashbari Upazila of Gaibandhar. The event was held on 3 November 2025 at the Madrasa premises on Monday night.

Shariatpur Darus Sunnah Salafiah Madrasa spoke as the chief guestPrincipal and Dhaka Savar Police Community Advisor Sheikh Hafez Abdullah Shaheen.

Among others, Shaikh Shamsur Rahman Saifi, Director of Kumedpur Darul Uloom Salafiyyah Madrasa, spoke.
Palashbari Manoharpur Adarsh Dakhil Madrasa Super Sheikh Md. Abdul Jalil spoke under the chairmanship, Dawarae Hadith and Khatib, Kishamat Gopalpur Ahle Hadith Jame Masjid Sheikh Md. Zahidul Islam.

The Mahfil was attended by a large number of Islamic people. For women, there is a separate seating arrangement with a screen and a projector to watch the waz.

At the end of the mahfil, a special prayer is offered for the welfare of the nation and the Muslim Ummah.
