Brick kiln fined for not having license in AmtaliA mobile court was conducted on Friday afternoon at Vijay and Shishir (Banani Bricks) of Shakharia Union of Amtali Upazila.
The company was fined Tk 70,000 as per the Kiln Making and Setting up Kiln (Control) Act, 2013, for not having a license for the kiln and illegally on the soil of the government land. Amtali Upazila Acting Executive Officer and Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md. Ashraful Islam conducted the mobile court. A team of Barguna District Police assisted him in managing this mobile court under his leadership.
