
In Satkaniya, by cutting the ground and breaking the boundary wall of the house and putting the house at risk, the nephew has been accused!
An allegation has been made against his nephew for breaking the boundary wall by cutting a hole in the ground next to his uncle’s house in Dastidar Hat of Kenochia Union of Satkania Upazila of Chittagong. It is also known that uncle’s 4-story building is in danger of collapsing due to digging holes in the ground.
Yesterday, Shabbir Ahmad (55) filed a complaint at Satkania police station against 3 persons named Abshar Uddin (40), Raihan Uddin (33) and Mohiuddin (38) as the plaintiff.
Going to the surface and from the complaint source, it is known that Shabbir Ahmad (55), a resident of Kachir Para, Ward No. 2, Keochia Union No. 10, Satkania Upazila, Chittagong, and his elder brother Khair Ahmad (58) built a 4-storey building at the nearby Dastidar Hut. They keep four feet space free while constructing the building. A few days after they built the building, Fourakh Ahmad’s son Abshar Uddin (40) bought some land next to the said building. It is mentioned in the complaint that he also cut the soil of Shabbir Ahmad and Khair Ahmad’s place for piling for construction of the building at that place. They alleged that they suffered a loss of Rs 8 lakh as the building and boundary wall were damaged. Besides, it is mentioned in the complaint that the accused Abhar tried to attack his other brothers and other people on various occasions.
Complainant Shabbir Ahmad said, “We have explained a lot to our nephew peacefully. As he did not come to a solution, I was forced to file a complaint with Mr. UNO. I hope that if he takes the initiative, the matter will be properly resolved.”
When defendant number 1 Abshar Uddin was asked about this, he said, “The boundary wall of my uncle’s building was leaning for 3 years. I have been asking them to remove the said wall for 3 months. I had to spend my own money to remove it. I will make an underground room. They will not need that wall. We have never harmed anyone. I will not do it in the future either.”Satkania police station sub-inspector Uppal asked about this, he said that he has received the complaint and said that action will be taken based on the investigation.
