1 arrested with ganja and Yaba in Fultala, Khulna

Police arrested a person under Narcotics Control Act in Phultala, Khulna. At that time, ganja and yaba tablets were recovered from him.
According to police sources,
Case number-5, dated 12 December 2025. The case has been filed under Section 19(a) of Schedule 06(1) and Section 10(a) of Schedule 06(1) of the Narcotic Drugs Control Act, 2018.
The incident took place on December 12, 2025 at 11:45 PM. The raid was conducted on the road adjacent to Bit in front of Phultala police station of Damodar village under Phultala police station.
During the operation, 50 (fifty) grams of narcotic ganja and 10 (ten) pieces of illegal narcotic drug Yaba tablets were recovered.
The name of the arrested accused is Md. Rubel Khandkar (30). He is the son of late Hemayet Khandkar and late Shiuli Begum. His permanent address is Sang-Alka (tenant of Uttarpara Salam’s house), Thana-Phultala, District-Khulna. Besides, he lived in the house of his aunt Nasima Begum in Paigram (Palpara) area.
SI Shafiqul Islam has become the plaintiff in the case. The arrested accused has been sent to court through legal process, police said.‎
