Mahadia is the elder daughter of Nurunnahar Jasmine, a senior teacher at Jaipurhat Government Girls High School. He secured 638th place in the merit list of this year’s Bangladesh Medical College Admission Test and got admission in the prestigious Government Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College of the capital. From childhood, Mahadia was known to her teachers and classmates as a brilliant, disciplined and diligent student.
Mahadia’s family is rich in the glorious tradition of liberation war and education and culture. His grandfather was a freedom fighter and Senior Ordinance Officer of EB (Retd.).
