Clap on the road in the dark of night in Bhangura

In Bhangura Municipality of Pabna, road carpeting work has been done in the dark of night. This work was done on Masterpara Road in the city on Thursday night. However, no municipal engineer was seen at that time.

According to the related sources, under the municipality, 365 meters of road renovation work was done from Collegepara intersection to Master Para intersection in November last at a cost of about 14 lakh taka. Local contractor Sangeet Kumar Pal did this work. At that time, due to very poor quality of work, the carpeting was removed in different parts of the road within a week. At that time, the road was damaged again after a few days. The contractor re-carpeted those places on Thursday night.

Locals complain that the construction of the road base has been of very poor quality. So the road is not sustainable. Repeated carpeting will remove it.

Municipal executive engineer Aminul Islam said it was a repairing work. The contractor completed the work at night as he could not complete the work during the day. Engineers were on site during the day. But could not stay at night.
Municipal Executive Engineer and Government Commissioner (Land) Mizanur Rahman said,As far as I know, work has been done during the day. Send pictures and videos if you work at night. Then I can tell you the decision.
