Millions of sex offender Epstein’s documents released, Trump’s name comes up many times

The U.S. Department of Justice has released the largest set of documents in history related to notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. It is the most recent release of documents by the government on Epstein. The documents released on Friday include about three million pages, 180,000 pictures and about 2,000 videos. These documents were made public about six weeks after the deadline set by the law signed by President Donald Trump. Khabar IBNNews.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch said, “After a long period of searching, verifying and reviewing documents, this disclosure was made to ensure transparency to the people of the United States in accordance with the law.” The released documents include details of Epstein’s time in prison, his mental health reports and documents related to his death in custody. Also included are documents from the investigation conducted against his associate Ghislaine Maxwell. Notably, Maxwell was found guilty of assisting Epstein in the trafficking of underage girls.

Donald Trump’s name appears hundreds of times in the newly released documents. Trump has acknowledged that he was friends with Epstein, but has claimed that relationship ended years ago and that he knew nothing about Epstein’s sex crimes. The documents also include a list created by the FBI, which kept various allegations made against Trump by calling the National Threat Operations Center’s call center. However, according to the Department of Justice, many of these allegations are based on unverified facts and have not been substantiated. So far, none of Epstein’s victims have directly accused Trump of wrongdoing.

The White House and Justice Department pointed to a statement released with the new document. Some of the documents contained false and exaggerated allegations against President Trump, which were submitted to the FBI just before the 2020 election, the Justice Department said in a statement. The statement further said,These allegations have no basis and are completely false. If these allegations had even the slightest credibility, they would have been used politically long ago.

Controversial claims have also emerged around Bill Gates in the published documents. There he was accused of contracting a sexually transmitted disease. In this regard, a spokesperson for Bill Gates commented that the allegations are absolutely ridiculous and completely false. Two 2013 e-mails in the document appear to be written by Epstein, but it is unclear whether they were sent to Gates at all. The e-mails were unsigned and no e-mail address for Bill Gates or his foundation was found. One e-mail contained what appeared to be a resignation letter from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and allegations of relationships with Russian women, which have no credible evidence.

The documents also reveal Epstein’s close ties to the British elite. There are references to Epstein’s e-mail communications with a man called ‘The Duke’, believed to be Prince Andrew. The e-mails described secret dinner plans and proposed introductions to a 26-year-old Russian woman. The e-mails are from 2010, two years after Epstein’s guilty plea. Although no direct evidence of wrongdoing was found in the e-mails, Prince Andrew has long been under scrutiny and criticism due to his past friendship with Epstein. However, he has always denied all allegations.

It is not yet certain whether the Epstein matter ends here with the release of all the documents. According to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, the Justice Department’s work is done as the review process is completed. However, Democrats claim that nearly 250,000 documents have not yet been released without reasonable cause. Congressman Roh Khanna, a Democrat, said the Justice Department said it identified more than six million pages. But after checking and trimming only three and a half million pages were released. As a result, the controversy over the Epstein document is not over for the time being.
