Ordinary people suffer greatly for train ticket black marketers

The life of ordinary passengers has become miserable due to the increase in violence of train ticket black marketers in various railway stations of the country – especially in Shaistaganj, Noapara, Mantala and Harshpur areas. Passengers are forced to buy tickets at an additional price without getting tickets at the fixed price.
Passengers complain that tickets are not available at the station counter. But the same ticket is easily available from black marketers in the area adjacent to the station for double or more. Due to this, the lower and middle class people are affected the most.
Many commuters said that they have to spend extra money to return home or go to work for urgent needs. In addition to financial pressure, mental suffering is also increasing.
Locals claim that some unscrupulous gangs are running this black market in connivance with railway insiders. If this syndicate is not broken soon, the situation may get worse.The victims have demanded strict monitoring and effective measures from the concerned authorities in this regard. It is the need of the hour to take urgent steps to stop the black market of tickets for the relief of common people.
