According to Mirza Fakhrul’s affidavit, assets of 4 crore rupees, annual income of 11 lakhs

BNP nominated candidate from Thakurgaon-1 seat in the upcoming 13th National Assembly election is Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, the party’s general secretary. His total wealth is shown as 4 crore 6 lakh 54 thousand 715 taka 73 paise with movable and immovable assets and annual income. However, the price of a private car and 30 loads of gold was not mentioned. His annual income is 11 lakh 83 thousand 133 taka.

A total of 50 cases were filed against him at various times, the affidavit stated in the legal information section. However, most of these cases have been settled by court order stay, withdrawal or acceptance of Final Report (FRT). The affidavit declared that none of these cases is currently a legal obstacle to his becoming a member of Parliament.

Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir mentioned these facts in the affidavit submitted to Thakurgaon District Election Office.

According to the affidavit, Mirza Fakhrul has a total of five acres of agricultural land in his name. The acquisition value of which is 60 thousand taka. His wife has 70 percent and 2.14 acres of land. The price of which is mentioned as 51 lakh 48 thousand taka. According to the paternal source, the price of the part of the two-storey house is Tk 10 lakh.

In Thakurgaon, husband and wife have 12 percent of non-agricultural land, the value of which is Tk 39 lakh 72 thousand. In Purbachal of Dhaka, he owns five acres of land, the value of which is approximately 85 lakh 4 thousand taka.

In the list of buildings and residential assets, a flat of 1950 square feet located in Dhaka, worth Tk 20 lakh 50 thousand and four percent land worth Tk 5 lakh.

Mirza Fakhrul has multiple accounts in different banks of the country. 5 thousand 2 taka in Thakurgaon branch of Uttara Bank Limited, 1 lakh 9 thousand 804 taka 50 paisa in Pubali Bank Thakurgaon branch and 2 lakh 67 thousand 347 taka 47 paisa in Dhaka branch of Agrani Bank Limited.

In the name of Mirza Fakhrul and his wife, about two lakh 24 thousand 132 taka are deposited in Gulshan Corporate Branch of Pubali Bank. Apart from this, there is Tk 9 lakh 46 thousand 467 in Exim Bank’s Gulshan branch and Tk 3 thousand 485 as City Bank agent banking. Total 11 lakh 83 thousand 133 taka.Cash in hand is 1 crore 25 lakh 58 thousand 116 taka 77 paisa. And the wife has 1 lakh 65 thousand 930 taka.

In terms of investment and savings, he owns 1,428 shares of The Mirzas Private Limited, worth 1 lakh 42 thousand 800 taka. Besides, there are 45 lakh 11 thousand 750 taka in various savings certificates in the name of his wife.

The list of movable assets includes two personal cars. Besides, 10 bars of gold, various electronic items (TV, fridge, computer), worth Tk 250,000 and furniture worth Tk 240,000.

Annual income from agriculture sector is 1 lakh 800 thousand, business (income from share of Hurmat Ali Market) 1 lakh 97 thousand 232 taka, honorarium as consultant of Izab Group 6 lakh, job (honorary allowance from The Mirzas Private Limited) 1 lakh 98 thousand,Any other source and bank profit 7 thousand 901 taka. Total annual income is 11 lakh 83 thousand 133 taka.
