The tragic death of a child in Phatikchari due to hot water burns

A child has died due to hot water burns in Fatikchari Upazila of Chittagong district of Chittagong. In this heartbreaking incident, a shadow of grief has descended on the entire area.
According to family sources, the 1 year 4 month old son of Raihan, a resident of Fatikchari Municipality, was accidentally burnt by hot water. Immediately after the incident, the relatives rushed the child to the burn unit of Chittagong Medical College Hospital.

Despite the best efforts of the doctors, he died while undergoing treatment at around 9 am today.

The family is deeply saddened by the untimely death of the child. Neighbors also described the incident as very shocking. Local conscious circles have called for extra caution in using hot water and fire.In order to avoid such accidents in the future.
