Bangladesh National Journalist Forum – BNJF – observed Great Martyr’s Day and International Mother Language Day with due dignity and deep respect.

On Saturday (21 February) at 12:01 PM, Thakur Gaon Pir Ganj Upazila Central Shaheed Minar, Bangladesh National Journalist Forum Thakur Gaon District and Pir Ganj Upazila President Journalist Md. Mahfuzur Rahman General Secretary Md. Mosharraf Hossain Office Secretary Rezwanul Ferdous Riyad Member Md. Abu Bakkar Siddique Md. Monirul Islam Sujan laid wreaths in memory of language martyrs. Bangladesh National Journalist Forum Govt. Reg No. S 42199/18 journalist welfare and human rights organization Thakur Gaon district and Pir Ganj upazila branch paid deep respect to the martyrs.

At this time, state honor was shown to language martyrs with the pathetic tune of bugle. Senior officials of Pir Ganj Upazila administration and representatives of various socio-cultural organizations were present.On the occasion of the day, by commemorating the martyrs’ sacrifice, everyone is urged to be united in protecting the dignity of the language.
