Distribution of food items in Sylhet city under the initiative of Barrister Nazir Ahmad Foundation

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, food items were distributed among the needy poor families in Sylhet under the initiative of Barrister Nazir Ahmad Foundation. On Tuesday afternoon, March 3, 2026, these food items were distributed among hundreds of poor families in Fazil Chist residential area of ​​Sylhet city.

Prominent journalist and president of Sylhet Press Club Muktabis-un-Noor, present as the chief guest, handed over the food items to the needy people. At the time, he said, like Barrister Nazir Ahmed, other rich people of the society should also come forward to help the helpless people. Stand by them. If the rich come forward, poverty will be removed from the society. A non-discrimination society will be established. He thanked Barrister Nazir Ahmad for this great initiative.

Locals said that there are various poor people in Sylhet city who are distributing Iftar and Sehri materials among them. Barrister Nazir Ahmad Foundation is a very good initiative. On behalf of the residents of Fazil Chist, we applaud their initiative.
