U.S.-Bangla Airlines pilot and crew rescue highest professionalism.
US-Bangla Airlines flight BS344 (Boeing 737) was forced to stay in Dubai for more than 48 hours due to the instability and restriction of airspace due to the war situation in the Middle East. At that time 39 pilots and cabin crew were trapped there. Operations at Dubai Airport were also limited and the situation was highly sensitive.
US-Bangla Dubai Station and Dhaka Head Office authorities maintain round-the-clock communication with Dubai Aviation Authority to ensure a safe corridor. When a short-term special permit was finally obtained, BS344D took off for Bangladesh with 39 crew on a fully prepared unmanned flight. It was the only Bangladeshi flight to take off from Dubai during wartime conditions.
The flight was led by Captain Samsuzzahan and First Officer Shahadat. They landed safely in Dhaka at 2:36 am with utmost professionalism, efficiency and safety despite challenging conditions.
US-Bangla Airlines has always been committed to ensuring the utmost safety of its passengers, pilots and crew, demonstrating that sense of responsibility even in uncertain times.Coordination and courage is what drives us forward.
