A woman named Shamima Akhter Ankhi has been arrested by police in Dumki Upazila of Patuakhali district on the charge of recording a video of an immoral relationship and extorting money from several youths by trapping them. She was arrested in front of the Dumki Upazila Health Complex on Tuesday (March 3) morning based on a tip-off. Later, a case of abuse of women and children was filed against Jewell. However, in case number 175/26, all the accused were proved innocent and acquitted.
