1. Unit Name: Sabujabagh Police Station, DMP, Dhaka.
2. Incidents: 350 pieces of Yaba tablets, 08 kg, drug sale 13,45,000/-(three lakh forty five thousand) taka, 01 sharp sword, which is 03 feet long with butt, 04 chapatis (which are 19 inch long with 01 butt, 13 inch with 01 butt, 12 inch with 01 butt, 11 inch with 01 butt), 01 accused was arrested after recovering 02 knives (9 inches with 01 handle, 01 with handle 10 inches).
3. Date and time of incident: Last 13/06/2026 21:45 hrs to 14/06/2026 00:30 hrs.
4. Place of incident: 1. Flat rented by the absconding accused Momin on the 2nd floor south side of house No-87/A, Paschim Mothertech Minara Galistha under Sabuj Bagh police station.
5. Brief description of the incident: On 13/6/2026 at 21:45 hours, SI/Md. Abdul Qayyum along with the officer force accused 1 from the flat rented by the accused Momin on the south side of the 2nd floor of Paschim Mothertech Minara Galistha Bari No-87/A under Sabuj Bagh police station. Md. Shafiqul Hasan Manik (27), Father- Md. Abul Kalam Azad, Mother- Maya Begum, Residence: Village- Ghatak Andua (North Ghatakar Andua), Thana- Mirzaganj, District- Patuakhali, present- Paschim Mothertek, Minara Gali, Mominer Bari, Sabuj Bagh, Dhaka and accused Md. Momin (55), Father- Deceased Abdus Chattar Mia, Mother-Mosa: Sufia Begum, Sang-87/A Paschim Mothertech, Minara Gali, Sabujbagh, Dhaka and Md Shanto (28), Father- Md Momin, Sang-87/A Paschim Mothertech, Minara Gali, Sabujbagh, Dhaka ran away. In the presence of witnesses present, SI/Md. Abdul Qayyum recovered from the spot 350 pieces of yaba tablets, 08 kg, drug sales of Rs. 13 inches, 12 inches with 01 butt, 11 inches with 01 butt), 02 knives (9 inches with 01 handle, 10 inch with 01 handle) were recovered and seized on the basis of the seizure list on 14/06/2026 at 00:30 PM.

Abul Kalam Azad, Mother- Maya Begum, Resident: Village-Ghatak Andua (North Ghatakar Andua), Thana- Mirzaganj, District- Patuakhali, Present- Paschim Mothertek, Minara Gali, Mominer Bari, Sabuj Bagh, Dhaka, absconding accused 2. Md. Momin (55), father- deceased Abdus Chattar Mia, mother- Mosa: Sufia Begum, Sang- 87/A Paschim Mothertech, Minara Gali, Sabuj Bagh, Dhaka and 3. Md. Shanta (28), Father- Md. Momin, Sang- 87/A Paschim Mothertech, Minara Goli, Sabuj Bagh, Dhaka.
7. Recovered: 350 pieces of yaba tablets, ganja 08 kg, drug sale 13,45,000/-(three lakh forty five thousand) taka, 01 sharp sword which is 03 feet long including butt, total 04 chapatis (which are 19 inches long including 01 butt, 13 inches including 01 butt, 12 inches including 01 butt, 11 including 01 butt) inch), 02 knives (which are 9 inch with 01 handle, 01 inch with handle).
8. Legal measures: Sabuj Bagh Police Station Case No-16, Dated-14/6/2026, Section-10(a)/19(b) of Table 36(1) of Narcotics Control Act of 2018 and Sabuj Bagh Police Department Case No-17, Dated-14/6/2026, Section-19(f) of Arms Act of 2018 have been filed.
