Tikatkar Bachchu Mia has cheated the parents of the brother’s wealth in Netrakona

A youth named Bachchu Mia has been accused of fraudulently registering the land bought by his parents and brothers in his own name.
Abdur Rahman’s family has lost everything in this incident which took place in Mohishab village of Agia union of the upazila. After the incident became known, there was a lot of excitement and anger in the area.
Abdur Rahman, the father of six children, has been living in extreme poverty for a long time. In the family of three sons and three daughters, this family, which has managed to continue the family after marrying the girls, decided to buy the land by collecting the last possessions of their life in the hope of a safe residence. Abdur Rahman tearfully informed about the purchase of 10% land from Islam Uddin for 6 lakh 25 thousand Tk.
All the responsibilities of land purchase and registration were entrusted to Mejho son Bachchu Mia as a trusted member of the family. Using this opportunity, Bachchu Mia tricked and registered the land in her own name. When the matter came to light, the parents asked to see the land documents, accused Bachchu Mia behaved rudely and threatened various kinds of threats, the victims alleged.
When the situation went out of control, Bachhu Mia’s mother became the plaintiff and filed a case in court alleging land recovery and fraud. After the case, Bachchu Mia was jailed for some time but later released on bail and is currently living in the disputed land by building a house.
Eyewitnesses Mamun, Tara Mia, Fatema and Khodeja Khatun who were present during the transaction of money with Bachchu Mia said that during the purchase of land, money was handed over to Bachchu Mia by the family and they witnessed the transaction in daylight.
However, denying all the allegations, Bachchu Mia claimed that she bought the land with her own earned money.
Meanwhile, the defrauded family sought urgent intervention of the administration to recover the land and demand justice.
