*Chatke Upazila Health Committee Meeting*
The government is determined to improve the quality of health services in the country – MP Milon

Member of Parliament Kalimuddin Ahmed Milon elected from Chatak-Dwara said that the government is determined to improve the quality of healthcare in the country. The quality of health care should be improved by taking quick steps to solve the various problems of the problem-prone Chatak and Kaitak Hospitals.

He said that there are hospitals with 50 beds in Chhatke and 31 beds in Kaitke, but the shortage of manpower including doctors is at an extreme. There is also a lack of necessary medical equipment. This is disrupting medical services. He also emphasized on duty doctors and nurses to be more responsible in view of various complaints.

Upazila Health Officer Dr. Nusrat Arefin presided over the meeting held on Wednesday morning in the hall room of the health complex. Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md.
