20th death anniversary of late Habibur Rahman Habib tomorrow

On the occasion of this day, prayers were held at Nawab Bari Jame Masjid and Nawab Bari Ghat Masjid after Jumma to seek the forgiveness of the departed soul.

Late Habibur Rahman Habib was the founding convenor of the Nationalist Mukti Yudver Generation Party, the former joint secretary of Jubo Dal Dhaka Metropolitan South, the former president of Bangladesh Pakha Prasatkarak Malik Samiti and the former general secretary of Amara Dhakar Nagrik Forum. He became known as a prominent businessman and social worker of old Dhaka.

According to family sources, prayers are organized by the family. All the friends, relatives and well-wishers of the deceased were present at this time.
Later, the family visited the deceased’s grave in Azimpur. Dua and Iftar mahfil will be organized by Habibur Rahman Habib Memorial Trust at 132 Lalbagh Road, Khankaye Kushai Durbar on Saturday, February 28.
