A discussion meeting was held in Parashuram Upazila of Feni on the occasion of the historic Balakot Day-2026. It was organized by Sirazia Zakerin Sangh to observe the day with due dignity.
On Wednesday (May 6), local scholars, dignitaries and devout Muslims participated in the discussion meeting held at Bad Esha Parashuram Upazila premises.
The Martyrdom Day of Awlad Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), Amirul Momineen, Shaheed Balakot Hazrat Shah Sufi Syed Ahmad Shaheed Berlawi (RA) was commemorated in the meeting with deep respect. The speakers highlighted various aspects of his life, work and sacrifice for Islam.
In the event, special prayers and prayers were offered for the souls of all the martyrs, including Balakot Syed Ahmad Beralvi (RA).
It was informed by the organizing organization Sirazia Zakerin Sangh,Efforts will be continued to observe such religious and historical days with due dignity in the future as well.
