The leaders of Teknaf Upazila Press Club had a courtesy meeting and important exchange of views with the honorable fatherly founder president of Cox’s Bazar District Press Club, Fazlul Quader Chowdhury.

In this exchange meeting held recently, there was a detailed discussion on the professional development of journalism, objective news delivery, positive role of mass media and organizational activities of journalist organizations.

At this time, the leaders of Teknaf Upazila Press Club highlighted various problems, possibilities and professional development of local journalists. In response, Fazlul Quader Chowdhury emphasized on increasing the ethics, responsibility and professional skills of journalists.

He praised the activities of Teknaf Upazila Press Club and wished for the overall development and success of the organization. Besides, he called upon the journalists to publish fearless and objective news in public interest.

During the meeting, Teknaf Upazila Press Club President Nurul Hossain, co-President Nazrul Islam Khokon and other leaders were present. The exchange meeting was held in a cordial atmosphere.
